Mind-body medicine is an approach to healthcare that recognizes the connection between the mind and body, and how these two systems can influence each other.

It is based on the principle that the mind and body are not separate, but rather, work together as a complex and interconnected system.

Mind-body medicine aims to promote healing and wellbeing by addressing the psychological, social, and spiritual factors that contribute to a person’s health. This can include practices such as meditation, journaling, yoga, hypnosis, biofeedback, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among others.
