I’ve been having migraines for a couple of years, so bad and frequent I thought I might have to go on disability.

Then I read some highlights and the next day, no migraines. I’m pretty sure they won’t be back as long as I remember and apply what I have learned.

I know it sounds like faith. Maybe in some ways it is, but grounded in science. So many positive results can’t be wrong.
